Quality
Our extensive manufacturing facility offers a wide range of metal pressing capabilities. This includes highly productive Tranemo hydraulic power presses up to 315 tons, supported by several smaller Hare hydraulic machines for fast, efficient forming operations.
A major strength of David Bowler & Sons lies in our fleet of Stanko, Aida, and Edelhoff mechanical power presses, ranging from 110 to 250 tons. These high-tonnage systems are equipped with advanced tool protection technology to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
In addition, our shop floor features numerous smaller mechanical presses from trusted brands such as Aida, HME, and MABU, enabling us to meet the full spectrum of production demands—from complex metal pressings to precision deep drawn components at volume.
Presswork
Our fully equipped tool room combines advanced CNC milling, turning, and precision grinding to manufacture single-progression tooling in-house to the highest standards. This rigorous commitment to quality ensures our clients benefit from a dependable supply of volume pressed parts—delivered on time and at competitive cost.
We also integrate tool protection systems across both low and high-tonnage press operations, ensuring smooth performance, reduced downtime, and significantly lower maintenance requirements for our clients’ tooling.
